Who will be my main point of contact?
At Stonehouse, we believe you should work with experts, not just account handlers. You will be assigned a dedicated lead strategist for your account, but because we are a close-knit, highly skilled team, you will likely interact with several of our specialists. My industry is heavily regulated. How do you handle content approvals?
We understand that for Financial and Professional Services, reputation and compliance are non-negotiable. We don't just publish; we build robust approval workflows that fit your internal processes. During our onboarding, we will agree on a sign-off procedure—whether that involves your internal compliance officer or legal team—to ensure every white paper, article, or social post is fully compliant before it goes live.
How soon will I see the first piece of work?
We are Goal Oriented and eager to start, but we measure twice and cut once. The first phase of our partnership is "Strategy & Positioning." Following our initial meeting, we will produce a roadmap or content calendar for your approval. You can typically expect this strategic framework within 10–14 days of our kickoff, with the first campaign assets following shortly after sign-off.
How do you measure success?
We focus on outcomes, not just activity. We don't just report on "likes"—we align our KPIs with the business objectives we discuss in your strategy session. What if I don't have a CRM or a marketing database yet?
That is not a problem. In fact, it’s an opportunity. We specialise in HubSpot pipelines and CRM implementation. If you don't have a system in place, we will include recommendations in our strategy for how to build one that automates your processes and nurtures your leads from initial contact to conversion.
